10 gotas de óleo essencial de lavanda
8 gotas de óleo essencial de sândalo ou patchouli
7 gotas óleo essencial de ylang-ylang

Dilua os óleos essenciais em uma colher de mel ou alcool de cereais antes de adicionar a água da banheira.

Colocar petalas de rosas ou gerberas na banheira para decorar. Acenda algumas velas no ambiente e relaxe!
