O serviço ficará disponível de segunda à sexta, das 7h30 às 19h30.

Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária - A partir de agora, a população, através do número 0800 642 9782, poderá realizar denúncias, obter informações sobre produtos sujeitos a vigilância sanitária (cosméticos, alimentos, medicamentos etc.), orientações aos viajantes e conferir o andamento de processos.

O serviço ficará disponível de segunda à sexta, das 7h30 às 19h30, totalizando uma capacidade de atendimento diário de 456 horas. Além do serviço 0800, a população também poderá se comunicar com a Anvisa por meio de um serviço de Fale Conosco, que ficará disponível no site da agência: www.anvisa.gov.br
