Anvisa proíbe propaganda do iogurte Activia

A Anvisa (Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária) determinou nesta sexta-feira a suspensão de todas as propagandas do iogurte Activia por problemas na divulgação de suas propriedades.

Para a agência, a Danone, responsável pelo produto, anuncia o iogurte como se ele fosse "uma forma de tratamento para o funcionamento intestinal irregular." O decreto, de "interesse sanitário", foi publicado hoje no "Diário Oficial da União".

Em seu site, a Danone afirma que "tomar Activia diariamente, como parte de uma dieta equilibrada e de um estilo de vida saudável, proporciona uma quantidade suficiente de bacilos DanRegularis para ajudar a regularizar o seu sistema digestivo."

A Danone foi procurada pela reportagem por meio de sua assessoria de imprensa, mas ainda não se manifestou.
